I want to live at Hilltop
Club. What do I need to do now? We are so excited that you have
chosen Hilltop Club as your home away from home! Securing your spot
with us is as easy visiting our website Apply, pay your application
fee, and sign your lease, all online from anywhere in the world! Be
sure to have a copy of your driver's license or photo ID and
payment method to complete your application.
You can also complete the lease
signing process with a staff member by scheduling an appointment
with our office or simply walking in during office hours. We'll
complete all necessary paperwork with you and go through the lease,
which takes about 30 minutes.
What does my rent installment
include?
The rent installment includes all utilities: cable, internet,
water, sewer, and electricity.
What are my lease
options?
We offer July end lease installments.
What if I need
roommates?
We offer a roommate matching service. Each resident will complete
the roommate matching form on the application. Hilltop Club will
then match roommates who are most compatible based on the
responses.
How do I pay the rental installment or any
other fees?
Payments can be made online with credit/debit card (Visa,
MasterCard, Discover) or E-check. We also accept checks or money
orders in the office.
Do I have to pay a move-in fee or
application fee when I sign my lease?
Yes, there is a $60 application fee.
If I am over 21, do I need to have a
guarantor?
Yes. Every resident must have a guarantor. The guarantor must be at
least 25 years old, a resident of the United States, and must
not live on property. If a resident does not have a guarantor, he
or she must pay the last one and a half installments of his or her
lease prior to move in.
Can other people take over my
lease?
Yes, someone can take over your lease. There is a $500 Lease Take
Over fee. The new resident must come in and fill out the paperwork,
and be approved by management to successfully take over your
lease.
What kind of cable package comes with my
apartment?
Spectrum Cable is included in the apartment. Each apartment will
have a cable box located in the common area. You can get your own
cable box by going to Spectrum located on Double Springs
Road.
What should I
bring?
Bedding – Queen or extra-long
full-size sheets. Standard mattresses are provided on every bed. We
recommend purchasing a mattress pad or topper if you need
additional support.
Bathroom Accessories - shower
curtain, towels, etc.
Kitchen Utensils – pots and pans,
silverware, dishes, cups, bowls, etc.
What size are the
beds?
The beds at Hilltop Club are extra-long full-size. We recommend
purchasing queen size sheets to ensure they will fit your
bed. Standard mattresses are provided on every bed. We
recommend purchasing a mattress pad or topper if you need
additional support.
What type of Internet is
included?
Hilltop Club offers Pavlov internet. You may purchase a router and
plug it into the Ethernet port to receive wireless
internet.
What do I need to hook up my computer to
the Internet?
All you would need is an Ethernet cord to plug your computer into
the Ethernet port. If you would like wireless internet you would
need to purchase a router and set it up through Pavlov
media.
What are the hours of the fitness
center?
Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Residents
can access the fitness center at any time using their gate
card.
Is parking available?
Yes! We provide one parking permit per resident and it is FREE. If
Residents lose that parking pass they may purchase a second one for
$35.00.
What if I have a problem with an appliance
or an emergency maintenance problem?
Hilltop Club offers 24/7 emergency maintenance, if you are
experiencing an emergency maintenance situation please call
